Return Policy

Introduction

At Crunch Root, operated by Visionary Ventures, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. While food and perishable items are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, this Return & Exchange Policy applies only to non-perishable, non-consumable products such as merchandise, accessories, or other eligible items.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be intact
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Products failing these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food or perishable products
  • Consumables
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Food items are strictly covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund.

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share your order number
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

After inspection and verification, we will offer either:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or phone
  • If approved, exchange or refund will be processed

Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
